Student VISA

On Thursday, January 26, 2017, The American Corner-PUC Cambodia hosted “Student VISA”program.

Barbara A. Bartsch-Allen was our speaker. Currently she is the First Secretary and a Consular Chief of the U.S. Embassy Phnom Penh. She is originally from Dallas, Texas, Barbara A. Bartsch-Allen joined the U.S. Department of State in 2002.  She has worked for the Department in Indonesia, Guinea, France, Afghanistan, Russia and Cambodia.  She received her B.A. from Southern Methodist University in African/African-American Studies, Political Science and History and has an Masters in Public Administration from the University of Houston  specializing in Technology Management.  Before joining the State Department she served as Assistant Director at the Center for Development and Conflict Management at the University of Maryland.
