The Importance of Nutrition for Improving Cambodian's Health
SPEAKER'S BIO:
Mr. Sprafkin is the Maternal and Child Health, Family Planning, Nutrition, and Malaria Team Leader in the Office of Public Health and Education at USAID/Cambodia. He arrived in Cambodia in July 2015. Mr. Sprafkin has worked with USAID since 2011, and before coming to Cambodia, he served in USAID's Office of Afghanistan and Pakistan Affairs.
Before USAID, Mr. Sprafkin implemented large and complex reproductive health service delivery programs in Pakistan and India. Prior to getting involved in international development, he spent several years managing projects and accounts in the corporate sector. Mr. Sprafkin studied international health and tropical medicine at the Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine and government at Dartmouth College.
